My path through hospitality began after discovering journalism was wreaking havoc on my self. This became the foundation of a lifestyle that allowed me to understand myself, and as a result, humanity. Every place where I worked revealed the same truth: people are starving for meaning, connection, and presence.
This calling ignited a flame that was always there, recondite in my soul: elevate consciousness through the art of hospitality. Solem Rem is the path to fulfilling my life’s purpose, and also to reimagine the value of hospitality to turn transaction, extraction, and materialism for the sake of materialism, into action, regeneration, and connection with the self, and with others.

More than just hotels or restaurants, Solem Rem is a movement that aims to reshape the way humans interact with space, nature, and one another.
We embody the creation and communication of a positive, proactive philosophy, fostering natural collaborations through the power of hospitality. Through operations, strategy, development, executive, artistic or creative endeavours.
Our foundation is conscious reasoning, rooted in art, purpose, and intention.
We embrace a bespoke conscious lifestyle, of honouring the gift each of us has to offer.
At Solem Rem, we communicate not just from a place of awareness, but also what is meant to be expressed in the present; to generate sustainable foundations for the future.
We seek to engage in dialogue with the unknown, recognising the power the Universe has bestowed upon us (humans) for this very purpose.

Our take on hospitality
We are an evolving group of humans who understand the power of hospitality and how it facilitates change from the status quo.
For that reason, we have dedicated time of our lives to curating ideas that add value to communities and ecosystems through fundamental principles that govern our ethos: Sustainability, consciousness, responsibility in human development, and movement (which is life).
We reimagine hospitality as a force for conscious living, designing hotels, restaurants, and a variety of idyllic projects and spaces that inspire connection, sustainability, and transformation.
We cater to the artistic and luxurious in the scheme of art galleries, hotels, restaurants, and all things hospitality, people and art, but only work with entities/maisons (and humans) that bring our principles to life because that’s the only way we can prosper.
Journal Del Sol
Journal del Sol is our white canvas and creative, never-ending dialogue where ideas about conscious living, sustainability, and hospitality take shape and inspire action through stories of subjective and reflective value.
We treat the present moment as a gift, and for that, honour the act of enjoying life at its best, and giving in return, conscious acts synchronised with nature.
We evolve because we endorse positive ideas and partner with inspiring humans who understand the precious gift of life. Those who can share love and care for one another.
Because of this, we take responsibility for our own lives, for our ideas, and for the development of sustainable life. We don’t pretend or hide. All comes to light.
Our Journal reconnects with “divine” from Japanese kanji, Dai, and was inspired by “The Art of Peace” by Morihei Ueshiba… A promise to never cease to catch the sunlight.
